The auspicious turmeric ceremony — pithi from the same vessel is applied to Padmini and Pratap amidst folk songs.
🐎 Baraat & Toran
The groom arrives on a decorated ghodi to dhol-tasha and band-baaja, welcomed at the gate with the toran ritual.
🔥 Vivah · Pheras
At the sacred muhurat, beneath a canopy of marigold and crystal, the couple takes the seven pheras around the holy agni and ties the gathbandhan.
🥂 Reception
An evening of royal Rajasthani feasting, mehfil and celebration under the fireworks as we welcome you into our new family.
How Two Hearts Became One
It began on a monsoon evening by Lake Pichola — a marigold archway, a boat ride, and a girl laughing in the rain. From sunrise chai on the ghats to a nervous rooftop proposal under the Jaipur stars, our story grew as rich and layered as a Pichwai painting. Today, with the blessings of Eklingji and our families, Padmini & Pratap step beneath the jharokha to begin their most beautiful chapter — to the sound of the shehnai and a sky full of fireworks.
