Your wedding website relies on the beautiful media you upload—including pre-wedding shoot photographs, high-definition videos, venue directions, ceremony schedules, and custom family stories. All uploaded files are hosted on encrypted cloud storage networks with global CDN caching.

You retain full visual copyright and ownership of all uploaded media. By uploading files, you grant Shaadiora a limited license to scale, cache, and display your media solely to render your wedding invitation for your guests.

We apply compression algorithms to ensure large pre-wedding cinematic videos load smoothly on mobile networks without sacrificing the premium visual quality of your photographer's work.

Your administrative dashboard is protected by advanced authentication protocols. You can sign in securely using phone OTP verification, Google Sign-In, or secure email credentials. We store your account identifiers securely and encrypt passwords using modern hashing algorithms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Shaadiora will never ask you to share your OTP or password via email or phone support.

If we detect suspicious login attempts from unfamiliar geolocations, we may temporarily lock administrative access and alert you via SMS or email to confirm your identity.

When upgrading to our Maharaja or Imperial tiers, payments are handled through PCI-DSS compliant, industry-standard gateways (such as Razorpay). Your payment flow is encrypted using secure socket layers (SSL/TLS 1.3).

Shaadiora does not store, view, or process your credit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs on our servers. All transactional details are transmitted directly to the secure payment networks.

We store only the transactional reference IDs, payment success status, and billing details required for tax compliance and to activate your premium template licenses.

The primary use of your data is to serve your wedding website, host your guest wishes wall, compile RSVPs, and coordinate ceremony events. We process guest names and contact info solely to manage their attendance and seating allocations.

We also use your metrics to identify visual bugs, improve the performance of our templates, optimize custom domain routing (.com, .in, .wedding), and ensure reliable service delivery.

We do not sell, lease, rent, or distribute your personal details or guest contacts to third-party advertising companies, event bureaus, caterers, or commercial wedding planners.

Shaadiora includes an AI-powered copywriting assistant designed to draft high-fidelity venue stories, couple timelines, family introductions, and guest invitation cards. When you interact with our AI, we process the brief prompts you input.

Your prompts and generated copies are processed securely. We do not use your private love stories, personal media, or guest lists to train public artificial intelligence models.

All AI outputs are drafts. We recommend reviewing and proofreading every generated paragraph to ensure it perfectly matches the tone and cultural nuances of your celebration.

We use essential, technical cookies to keep you securely signed in to your administrative dashboard and to save temporary customization progress inside the builder.

We do not deploy invasive marketing trackers, cross-site trackers, or third-party behavioral cookies. Your wedding guests will never be retargeted with ads after viewing your invitation.

You can configure your browser to reject cookies, though this may prevent the builder from saving real-time changes during active editing sessions.

To enhance your wedding portal, we integrate specific third-party services: Google Maps (to help guests navigate to your venue), Razorpay (to process license fees), and transactional SMS/WhatsApp providers (to deliver automated RSVP updates).

We share only the minimal data parameters required to execute each specific task (e.g., sharing a phone number with the SMS gateway to send a guest their custom invite link).

All databases are configured with strict server-side rules. Your guest lists, RSVPs, and administrative files are isolated so no unauthorized users can query or access them.

We implement multi-layered security measures to guard your files. All data in transit between your browser and our servers is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS 1.3) standards.

We utilize server-side firewalls, real-time intrusion monitoring, and advanced database access control lists. Access to administrative tools is restricted to verified accounts.

While we take industry-standard precautions, no digital transmission can be guaranteed as 100% secure. In the unlikely event of a security breach, we have a fast-response mitigation protocol.

We respect your ultimate authority over your personal records. At any point, you have the right to access, edit, update, or completely delete any personal details hosted on our Platform.

You can download your entire RSVP database and guest list as an Excel/CSV file directly from your dashboard for local backup or sharing with your physical planners.

If you wish to terminate your site, you can trigger a permanent deletion from your dashboard, which completely purges your media, database records, and subdomains.

We retain your wedding website, interactive wish walls, and RSVP lists active for a standard hosting duration of twelve (12) months from the purchase date or three (3) months post-wedding, whichever is longer.

Upon hosting expiration, your site is safely archived and taken offline. We do not instantly purge your data, allowing you to renew hosting or download your guest messages for your anniversary.

You can request immediate manual deletion at any point prior to the automated archiving window through your account settings page.

Shaadiora is a wedding website creation platform intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

If you believe a minor has registered an account or provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us immediately at info@shaadiora.com.

We will take immediate, prompt steps to verify the situation and permanently delete the minor's account and files from our database.

While Shaadiora is operated from India, we host global weddings. If you are accessing our Platform from the European Union (EU), United States, or other regions, your data is transferred and stored in secure regional data centers.

By using our platform, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your details to our secure servers, which may be located outside your home country.
